Cash Back Credit Cards – What Are They?

Monday, August 9th, 2010

Today you can find many different credit cards.  There are cards for gas, business, airline, students, etc.  They are all different, offer different rewards, and are used for different things.  Although, there is one credit card that is very different from others – cash back cards.  Personally, I find that these are the most rewarding and have the best benefits for card holders.

If I were to only have one credit card, I would consider having a cash back card.  These are the best for many different reasons.  Don’t have one, and would like to find out more about them?  Continue reading below!

A cash back card is great because it does exactly what it’s called – it gives you cash back.  Each time you make a purchase you will find that you’ll get some of your money back.  Each card is different and offers different amounts of money back for different things.  Some you’ll find will give back 5% for gas, and 1% for anything else.  Others offer up to 20% money back online for shopping.  This is very beneficial because technically you will never pay full price for anything.  You will always get some type of discount no matter what you’re buying.

These cards are great because not only do you never need to carry around cash, you can pay your bills online, and because they keep track of everything you’re buying and how much you’re spending, but they also give you your money back after each bill you pay for the month.

Can You Get Sued For Debt? – Low Interest Credit Cards Help Avoid Legal Battles

Tuesday, May 25th, 2010

Can you get sued for debt? That’s one question that is often asked and answered wrongly. Just because most credit card companies do everything that they can before a legal battle for non-payment of debt, it doesn’t mean that they won’t sue. What credit companies do is turn over the bad accounts to a collection agency, who will then try their best to pressure the debtor for payment, and if all steps fail, the legal battle begins. Nobody wants to be in that position.

To avoid being sued and to avoid costly legal battles over credit card debt, one can make settlements before things get out of hand. You can negotiate with the collection agency on how to go about paying what you owe. Most of the time, they are even willing to help you out and would even find some options for you for payment.

For example, they can help you find ways to be able to get a low interest rate on your next card to help you pay the accumulated fees. But if you did negotiate with them, make sure that you follow through with the deal that you had made.

Low interest rate is beneficial for its users because they will not get burdened with the high interest that somehow is part of the reason why one would be in such a mess. By paying lower rates, most debtors will be able to pay it off little by little and in the end the CC company, the collection agency and the debtor would benefit.

So before you get into the whole mess of legal battles over carried over debt, start asking your bank if you can avail of low interest CCd to help you in paying your credit card owed fees. Can you get sued for debt? Yes. But you can avoid this hassle by following the tips outlined above.

How to Market Your Small Business Online

Wednesday, March 10th, 2010

If you want to market your business, especially if you have a small business, the Internet seems like it was made just for you. Business marketing methods on the Internet are able to be implemented faster, cost a whole lot less, and have far greater outreach for the small business owner than the traditional marketing methods have. Learn how to use the best of these Internet marketing methods and you can save yourself buckets of money while making buckets of money more than you ever have before.

Your first small business Internet marketing strategy should be to design and maintain a great website. This will include having an attractive, dynamic, but easy to navigate site that uses strategically important meta-tags and consistently has new content put up to attract the attention of the web crawlers. Your website should also include SEO written content.

One of the most highly effective small business marketing strategies on the Internet is the use of the e-mail autoresponder. What you do here is start an opt-in list at your business website; then, for those who sign up for your free periodic newsletter to be sent to their e-mail, you set up an autoresponder to take care of that function so that you don’t have to spend a lot of time doing it yourself or hiring someone else to do it.

Use SEO article writing for online marketing. Articles cost you nothing to write or publish, but they are proven to be able to bring you huge rewards. Articles can build relationships for you all day and all night, 365 days of the year, and without any sales pitches. People read your free articles and become impressed by your knowledge and your helpfulness; if they are looking for something along the lines of what you sell, they will contact you. They key to success here is to consistently write new articles.

Don’t neglect video in your online marketing efforts. Video is even more powerful, all in all, than article writing. But videos are relatively more expensive and difficult to produce and get put up on the Internet than articles are. So, look into a program like Windows Movie Maker to keep costs down. Some people also recommend the Article Video Robot program, but it has received very mixed reviews so be wary of it.

You can use affiliate marketing to get other people to market your business for you. They don’t get paid anything unless they sell something for you. Talk about a powerful way of hiring on dozens, perhaps hundreds, of new salesmen for no overhead! You can go through Click Bank to set up such a program.

Probably the best way to market a small business online is through PPC advertising. This will also be the most expensive way–but, you only pay if you are generating good activity, so if you’re paying out that means your making money!

The small business of today can take advantage of social networking websites online. These are places like Facebook, Digg, and StumbleUpon. They’re all places where you can do free networking with vast outreach.

Make use of the whole palette of low-cost and no-cost Internet marketing methods. Grow your small business with 21st century technology instead of forking over big bucks.

Do 0 Interest Credit Cards Really Exist?

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

There are many ways of obtaining 0 interest credit cards, but you will need to be able to decipher the good deals and offerings from the bad ones.

Though there are very few 0 interest credit cards available for the long or permanent term, some of the promotional deals that are floating around out there might be just what the doctor ordered for you and your credit situation.

Your job is to make sure that you have read all of the details regarding the credit cards offered to you before you apply for them, and this will require some patience and diligence on your part.

As you go forth with your search, you will need to remember that you will probably run into mostly promotional deals, but some of these are rather extensive and can give you plenty of time and freedom for 0 interest purchases before kicking in with the fees and interest points.

For those who are savvy and prepared for the research process, and for those who are self disciplined enough to make the most of the trial 0 interest period, these promotions can be a great incentive. Many find that they wind up owing a great deal of interest on existing balances as a result of disregarding the time frame imposed.

Your online search will most likely uncover many deals, but you will need to be sure that you research thoroughly before biting or buying into them. You have to be willing to protect yourself in the world of scams and schemes, and there are many ways in which you can do this.

If you run across a company that offers a 0 interest credit card but does not have any direct contact information, you would do well to go straight to the next site or deal. You need to be able to contact an actual person and discuss the options that are being offered.

If you decide to go with an offering from your own bank or a physical location that you are familiar with, you can be certain that you will be able to confirm all of the details regarding the card before you take the plunge.

Once you have decided to go forward with a 0 interest credit card promotion, it is equally important that you remember when the promotion ends and that you try to have all of your balances paid in full by that time. This is important for those who have taken up this option in order to pay off other high interest cards or debts.

Perhaps you will be lucky enough to find a promotion that will last for a year or more, and this would give you a great opportunity to take full advantage of 0 interest purchases and payoffs.

Whatever options that you choose to partake in, be sure that you are prepared for the interest rates and fees that will kick in once the temporary interest free period is over. This is the key to ultimate credit success.
